A valid, full driving licence appropriate for the chosen vehicle, held for the specified duration in the Rental Agreement, is required. 3. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations can be made directly on our website, via telephone, or at our Malvern office. A deposit may be needed to confirm your booking. Full payment and a security deposit are generally required at the time of vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment platforms.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

You will be liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess, unless further insurance is purchased. Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of these Terms remains your responsibility, regardless of existing insurance coverage.
Cancellation and Modifications

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited vehicle use:
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. Activities such as racing, rallying, or off-roading are prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. Usage beyond the vehicle's intended purpose, exceeding passenger or weight limits, and driving outside designated geographical areas without prior approval are also restricted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Malvern is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for your rental in the past 12 months. This limitation does not affect our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
